All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Once a deposit is placed on a specific puppy, you CANNOT change puppies. We do not keep your card on file. You must schedule a puppy pick-up and present your final payment at the time of puppy pick up.
Sending us a signed Authorization form is mandatory.
Due to the high volume of puppy applications we receive, please reach out to us after you complete the application! Your application does not need to be approved. We collect the information used in the application for documents that you'll sign later!
The name and address on file with the card company must match, and there are absolutely no refunds.
